Whether or not we have any current positions open, we are always open to meeting like-minded attorneys or potential future core team members who believe that if someone hurts someone, someone must pay. Our firm leads the way in holding individual abusers, employers, schools, and big tech accountable for the harms they cause. We fight tirelessly for our clients, and when we’re knocked down, we get right back up – for our clients and for each other.
We deeply appreciate your interest in working with us. We accept law student internship applications on a rolling basis. However, applications will not be considered after August 10th for Fall semester internships, December 10th for Spring semester internships, and February 1st for Summer internships.
Summer internships are limited to full-time applicants. We accept applications for both full- and part-time interns during the fall and spring academic semesters. To apply, please send (1) a brief cover letter, (2) your resume, (3) a writing sample, and (4) a list of two references and their emails to internship@cagoldberglaw.com. These documents should be combined into one PDF, in the order listed above. The subject line should state your last name and the term to which you are applying (e.g. “[last name] – Summer”). Your cover letter must confirm that you will receive academic credit or funding from your law school or some other entity. It is imperative that you confirm your credit or funding source prior to submitting an application.

Manufacturers and sellers owe a duty to not release dangerous products into the stream of commerce. Technology companies deserve no special treatments or legal immunities. We enjoy a strictly adversarial relationship with most major technology platforms. Everybody deserves the right to be left alone. This is true online and offline. Physically, emotionally, and sexually
We believe courts are the great equalizer in this country.
By starting a lawsuit, the cost of a couple hundred dollars, anybody in this country can hold liable somebody who harmed them. Our judicial system was designed so no person or company has the power to escape accountability to an individual they harmed.
