We moved to 16 Court Street! For that one week between Xmas and New Years, I quit law and became an interior decorator. After wallpaper and delivery fiascos, I re-dedicated myself to the practice of law again.
The changes are dramatic. We went from 75 sq ft to 1206. Our new space itself changed pretty drastically. When we first looked at it, the ceilings were nine feet and the carpets had about 30 years worth of unhappiness on them. It was an archaeology project with us discovering multiple levels of dropped ceilings (they’re now about 14 1/2 feet tall!) and exposing the strangely beautiful brick and unearthing some pretty badass concrete floors.
