Associate Roxanne Rimonte joined C.A. Goldberg, PLLC back in 2021 as a legal intern, and returned in January 2024 after graduating from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
Roxanne earned her bachelor’s degree in Manila, Philippines, where she was born and raised. She then served in the United States Navy for eight years on active duty where she completed two deployments and joined the Navy Reserves while attending law school.
Roxanne was selected as a clinical intern for the California Innocence Project, a non-profit dedicated to freeing the innocent, training law students, and changing legislation in California. She was also inducted into the Pro Bono and Public Service Honors Society for dedicating her time to the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, San Diego Public Defender’s Office, and the Superior Court of San Francisco.
Prior to joining the firm, Roxanne was a graduate law clerk at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office where she sharpened her trial skills and courtroom advocacy. Roxanne brings her courtroom experience, dedication, passion and expertise in victims rights to her work at C.A. Goldberg, with her tireless advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, stalking/harassment, and image-based sexual abuse.
