It is an honor to launch this revolutionary report which is such a gift to the many victims of this most heinous act, one in which law enforcers have given short shrift.
Sextortion is defined as blackmail — often by the threat of releasing sexually explict images of the victim — carried out over a computer network, forcing victims to engage in some form of sexual activity online.
